Meet the Crunchers: Whitney Pilla, Executive Assistant

What is your position at Document Crunch and what do you do in your role?

I am the Executive Assistant to our CEO, Josh Levy. In my role I wear a lot of hats but, my primary goal is to support Josh on a daily basis so he can focus on the big picture of building this amazing Company! Outside of supporting Josh, I onboard new Employees, have a strong focus on Employee Engagement & company culture, assist with Travel coordination and meeting planning for departmental and all company events as well as conferences. I manage and distribute our amazing Swag, assist with invoicing our clients and in general, act as the go-to person that all Crunchers know they can contact if they have questions!

How would your fellow employees describe you?

"In many ways, Whitney is the glue for us at Document Crunch.  She constantly is ensuring that everything goes smoothly and everyone is taken care of.  So much of our culture and onboarding success is due to how much energy and enthusiasm Whitney puts into our team." Josh Levy

“Whitney is the heart and soul of Document Crunch. There is literally nothing she can't do and all of it done with an amazing attitude and the utmost attention to every detail. I'm so fortunate to work so closely with Whitney and she has played such a huge role in the incredible culture we have developed here.” Lori Peters

"Whitney is an invaluable member of our team. Her dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile have a positive impact on all of us. She consistently brings a positive attitude, and her willingness to help out, even in challenging situations, is truly inspiring. We're fortunate to have her as a colleague and friend." Kenna Turner

What is a surprising or fun fact about you?

My Husband, son & I have been in several golf commercials for the PGA Tour. We weren’t the stars of the commercials (unfortunately,) but we were seen cheering with my son in an adorable tiger costume. How could they not use that footage?!

Who or what inspires you the most?

My two wild, adorable and sweet boys!

What drew you to Document Crunch?

There were so many things, but overall, it was the people. When I started there were only about 8 employees, but everyone was so warm and welcoming. On top of that, I understood the mission and the need for Document Crunch in the Industry.

What do you like most about being a Cruncher?

I absolutely love the team and culture we are building. I work with some of the most passionate, intelligent, creative and driven people. Because of whom I work with and what we are all building, I am happy to come to work and no longer get the “Sunday Scaries.” The ability to be part of a team and mission this special at such an early stage has been an experience that will be unmatched.
