Adam has had a long and successful career in the financial, fitness and health care industries, during which time he founded, grew and led several successful companies. Adam also has significant experience developing and managing technology solutions and platforms, helping users create efficiencies and manage risk across various industries.
Adam is an active community leader, advocate and volunteer.
Adam graduated from Emory University with a degree in Sociology.
Jennifer currently serves as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer of a publicly-traded biotech company. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for all of the company's legal matters, including corporate governance, SEC filings, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, employment, and the development and licensing of the company's intellectual property. Jennifer’s prior in-house experience includes senior roles within the legal departments of companies in the semiconductor and software industries.
Prior to going in-house, Jennifer was a principal with a top national law firm, specializing in IP litigation.
Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in History and Latin American Studies, and earned her Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School.
Adam is a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction lawyer, and is currently the co-managing partner for the Miami Office of a preeminent national construction law firm. Adam’s representation of contractors and developers includes contract negotiations, project administration and project close-out.
In addition to his legal career, Adam has significant experience as an entrepreneur, working with start-ups and established business in the health care, fitness and personal hygiene industries.
Adam is an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University’s Terry W. Stiles School of Real Estate Development, teaching a course titled “Fundamentals of Construction Management”.
Adam graduated with highest honors from the University of Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and earned both his Law Degree and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Emory University.
Amanda has over 19 years of business, sales, marketing and public relations experience, and serves as President of InternetSalesResults.com, which is Document Crunch's "go to" partner for management of our technology platform. Amanda leads the team that works on the design and implementation of the unique and integrated solutions for Document Crunch users.
Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts and Masters Degree in Psychology and Marketing from George Washington University.
Jeni is a tenured sales and business development consultant motivated by her clients’ success. During her career, she has helped law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the United States manage and align their technology and business strategies in order to achieve their business goals. She has worked with multiple clients to provide technology-enabled solutions that drive greater efficiency, cost control and risk reduction. Jeni also has significant experience leveraging artificial intelligence technology to help her clients meet these goals.
In addition to consulting on our Business Development and User Success Initiatives, Jeni develops and helps design enterprise and integrated solutions for Document Crunch users.
Jeni attended Virginia Tech and South Dakota State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Merchandising and Communications. Jeni also has a master’s degree in Psychotherapy from Argosy University.
While attending law school, Kyle worked for industry leaders in the fields of Real Estate, Construction, and Business. Kyle completed an academic internship with the University of Miami School of Law’s Professional Responsibility and Ethics Program with a special interest in the interrelation of artificial intelligence and legal ethics. Kyle also interned for the Honorable Jose Rodriguez of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Kyle is Filipino-American and is fluent in English and Tagalog.
Kyle graduated from the University of Miami, majoring in Human Physiology, with a minor in Biology, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami in 2019.
During law school, Luisa interned for the East Bay Community Law Center doing a broad range of clinical work, focusing on consumer and housing law (defending low-income tenants in unlawful detainers), staffed an employment law clinic that provided legal help to low-wage workers in the Bay Area, and interned for the Berkeley International Human Rights Law Clinic. Luisa also had an externship with the Honorable Jacqueline Scott Corley in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Luisa was born in Colombia and is fluent in English Spanish and French.
Luisa graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in French and a minor in Political Science. She earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2019.
Matteo has experience both as in-house legal counsel and a commercial litigator for private law firms. Matteo’s experience includes the review and processing of large volumes of documents during the merger of two very large financial institutions, giving him a unique perspective and ability to assist Document Crunch users leverage Artificial Intelligence Technology to achieve their goals.
Matteo was born in Italy and is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
Matteo graduated from the University of Miami with degrees in Economics and Political Science, and earned his Juris Doctorate and LLM in International Arbitration from the University of Miami’s School of Law.
